A business transformation initiative is not something that small to midsize manufacturing companies take lightly.

Many manufacturers have been perpetually procrastinating the ERP system and business process related demands.

Things like the sunsetting of support for their Legacy ERP system or self-service portals for the Internet and mobile connected customer base looking for basic information without the need to pick up the phone and call customer service.

Most of the time, the leadership or owners of the business know that they need to take action; however, they often don't know where to begin or how to get the ball rolling.

When you are looking at Continuing to Invest in your Legacy ERP or Rip-and-Replacing it, this is a tough pill for business owners to swallow.   Even though the majority of management and operations' complaints/problems/issues - etc... points to the ERP system as the root cause, they are still leery to want to allocate money towards transformations and disruptions of the current operations.

To better understand the opportunities, potential return on investment and roadmap to implementation, an assessment of current and future-state business processes and applications should be conducted.

By at least pulling the trigger to get an assessment or gap analysis, owners will be able to see in black-and-white a report outlining recommended courses of action and what it will take to get their business to the desired process and systems maturity level to remain a competitive leader in their industry.

Is your business ready to start its Journey to Peak Performance?
