Company President attributes growth and success to the rise of manufacturing 4.0

“Our growth is an indicator of where manufacturing is headed. The future is in the cloud.” — Andrew Rieser, Co-Founder and President of Mountain Point

 News Release: March 7, 2019

CHARLOTTE - Last week, Salesforce recognized Mountain Point as a Silver Consulting Partner, a prestigious designation underscoring the firm’s superior customer service and expertise.

Mountain Point is a consulting firm that helps manufacturers modernize their business processes and bring visionary ideas to life. The Charlotte-based company is the only Salesforce consulting partner focused exclusively on serving customers in the manufacturing sector.

“Achieving Silver Status is contingent on numerous factors including our customer satisfaction score,” Andrew Rieser, President and Co-Founder of Mountain Point, said. “This achievement means a lot to us because it’s reflective of our commitment to service. We measure our success by that of our customers. ”

As experts specializing in the manufacturing cloud, Mountain Point has guided hundreds of companies through successful Salesforce and Cloud ERP implementations.

“We’re in the midst of the 4th industrial revolution,” Rieser said. “U.S. manufacturing is being revitalized through the rise of new technologies including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT) and unified cloud-based platforms. At Mountain Point, we’ve been laser-focused on serving the manufacturing sector since our company’s inception. And those years of experience have given us a unique opportunity to help lead the way and be true trailblazers in the world of Industry 4.0.”

Mountain Point’s promotion to silver status comes on the heels of another milestone; the firm was recently named to the Charlotte Business Journal’s “Fast 50” list for the second year in a row. The Fast 50 list recognizes the 50 fastest-growing companies in the Charlotte area.

“Our growth is an indicator of where manufacturing is headed,” Rieser said. “The future is in the cloud. Platforms like Salesforce allow manufacturers to unify their business processes to gain 360-degree insight into their operations, supply chains, partnerships and customers.”

Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) is the world’s #1 customer success platform and customer relationship management (CRM) system. According to a recent report from the IDC, the Salesforce ecosystem is projected to generate more than 3.3 million new jobs by 2022.
